My New Ergo Keyboard

I stopped at the thrift store and found a nice ergo keyboard for $5. My old one died, and my wrists have been aching ever since. It's one of those that the keyboard splits into halves and each half turns inward. 2 built in mice thingies too....a glidepoint and a keyboard mouse. I need a regular external mouse though for my graphics designs. I need all the help I can get. 
What's your favorite kind of keyboard?
