Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Yep, you bet! Technically....the engagement ring is a symbol of a contract that has yet to be entered into. Once married the contract is complete, and the ring is hers to keep. But if the couple broke up before they got married, then the woman must give back the ring to the man. This has been proven in court many many times. Now if the dude did something to screw things up with her before they get married, then the woman might do something crazy with the ring (Like throw it in the Ocean or pawn it), and there isn't much that the guy can do to get it back.

THEY HAVE TO... if they don't want that their next bf will be the one to take it off from their finger... you don't want your next bf to remind him that you still love your ex don't you? and if he's nowhere to be found... pawn it than throw it in the Ocean ... it's the least i will do unless the ring will give me allergies because it's made from glass...hehe

Nope! unless he's ok with it then no need to return the ring. Why should I? it was given to me, beside if you do return it what is he going to do with it? Give it to another gurl once he got engaged again? thats so cheap. As for me if I'm a guy... I don't really care if and when the engagement is called-off.. Since I gave it to her.. then I guess it belongs to her Anyway we all have different opinions.I kept mine and sold it...ahihihi (joke)

heck he took back the ring without even asking if i wanted to give it back!!! shit!!! ... THe ring is a symbol of your love for each other... if you broke up who has the right to keep the ring? I think neither of you two should keep the ring. It should be disposed.

I was reading somewhere on the Web recently that the J-Lo & Ben Affleck Engagement Ring was just recently put up for sale at Harry Winston Jewelers, the same place where Ben bought the Six-Carat Pink Diamond Ring for a reported 1.2 million dollars. The Ring is being sold for an undisclosed amount. I asked a very close Gal-Pal of mine what she thought of the Ring. I was under the opinon that Every Gal would want that Ring because of the Famous couple. She responded with something that I didn't even think of. She said that the ring, if it was purchased as an Engagement Ring for a New Bride would be considered as "Cursed..or have Bad Luck surrounding it". That shocked me! I NEVER even thought of that. I totaly see the reasoning. I guess it can only be bought as a present for a woman who is already married, and not as a first ring. Here is a Pic of the J-Lo Diamond Ring...Very Nice!

| I really believe in that Dalez ... and there is no harm if u take it as a warning wether its a CURSE or a BAD LUCK. If i am the girl why would i take the ring coming from a couple who broked up even if its popular and expensive? no way...i better prefer simple and cheap as long as it comes from a pawnshop jk or a jewelry store originally designed.
