YES!!! And not just once First time was not intentional because i was in a very abusive relationship... I was once a battered gf ya know .... ANd he wouldn't let me go even if i was already begging for him to do so. THats when i met someone who gave me hope n i kinda entered into a relationship with him even if the other one hasnt set me free yet 
Second time was when my damn ex bf cheated on me i cheated on him just to hurt his ego... N boy was it hurt really bad...
So this just proves that what men can do we can do it too 
But i'm not saying that cheating is right and that it should be incouraged... I beleive that when you are in a commitment you better stick with it. If you want someone else then break your commitment first before going into another
