Its not gonna be easy but it can be done, Mymy. It has been done and no amount of sulking or drowning urself in sorrow can bring back the past or help you forget it. The only option left is to realize that there is more to life than sourgrapings, self-pity, and regrets. Get urself surrounded by friends who really cares. Think of what you want to have or be in the future. And most of all, enjoy living..coz life is full of surprises. You'll never know when you will hit the lottery jackpot

crying? that normal to be happen l guess lol when the memories flown up again, it will bring tears. but then make urself busy sometimes working for a short time. or go somewhere quiet n think about it all, pull urself together and move on, eventho hafta do it over and over... it took time!
But partner's way cud be working l'll try then, partner  heheheh....

Suicide? Nahhhh....I'd kill him first 
Eat a lot? Nahhh...i will grow fat and he would laugh some more 
Go somewhere far? Nahhhh....that would give him more freedom to move around freely. I'd rather stay and make his life miserable

I only experienced once to be really heart broken. That was when my ex-boyfriend tried to rush me to plan for marriage. He couldn't understand me at all,no matter how much I explained I wasn't ready yet. I needed so much time to prepare, especially to prepare myself. I could never imagine that my being so careful in taking serious things like marriage was the cause for us to separate. I always remember these last words he last gave to me , "It's time for you to get out from your nest, it's spoiling you.I can't wait any longer." I was terribly hurt. I didn't like his behaviour like he knew myself a lot better than I do.I truely loved him, but I chose to leave and move on than to let myself being kept by him arguing, trying to pressure me and follow his own descision.I felt like I couldn't get through my depression after I decided to move on.
Anyway, what I did was ,I didn't let myself choked from my true feeling. I cried a lot and many times.Confiding it to people close to me like my friends, my sister, and my dad, helped me a lot. I always wanted to tell everyone about what I was feeling so I tried to be open about it to people who knew about us and our relationship. I found it a lot relieving when I talk about it and listen to people's encouragements and advices, especially from people whom I really trust. I had to stay positive, otherwise, I already have killed him (uh oh, telling how violent I am again  ). More importantly, I truely believe ,my and my family's prayers were the best help in healing my broken heart. Now, I can always show to him I'm doing very great ,and also I can proudly prove to him I was right with my descision I made and for being careful.

Theres no best way to heal a broken heart but my remedy always works with me. Listen to a diehard love songs and cry your heart out  , you'll feel better the next day. Warnings! Do not attempt this if you have a weak heart. You'll die of heartbreak LMBO

Telling someone the right thing to do is easier than actually doing it. 
When my friends break up with their bfs or gf i always tell them to look at the bright side... dont let the past get in the way of your future etc etc... But when i get a broken heart i dont listen to anynoe . Thats the problem with me. Most ppl or men in particular see me as the tough ass bitch that doesnt know how to be sweet and dont know how to cry  . Truth is, im just the same as any other girl who has a fragile heart and cries all teh time ... Its heard to get into my heart but ince you get in its heard to get out. THats why healing a briken heart is very complicated in my part.
the best way to heal a briken heart is to move on ...
