Exotic Foods
« on: Jan 18th, 2004, 3:52pm »

List some exotic foods that u have tried and if u liked them or not. Exoitic food would be considered something that u dont eat a lot. Here is an example:

Frog Legs- For an appetizer I eat frog legs at some to the cajun restaraunts I eat at in Dallas. They are good and taste like chicken.

Snails- I ate some of these a few years ago. Didnt like them. Im not into bugs or slugs or insects.

Fried Rattlesnake-In Texas and Oklahoma they have yearly events called rattlesnake hunts where all these crazy people get together in a small town and go out around the area to hunt down the biggest rattlesnake over a weekend. Well they skin and fry a lot of what they catch. Not much meat on a rattlesnake but it tastes like chicken to me. Its good.

okay I know lots of people have tried lots of weird stuff. So please list and discuss. Smiley

Exotic foods? Moi? Not me, unless making a spicy macaroni and cheese is "exotic".
