FSU loses to Miami so not in top 10 any more. That was a lousy game to watch till the last quarter. I guess all the hurricanes in florida are having thier effects. I cant stand Miami and i wanted FSU to win. Other top 10 team that lost was Michaigan. They took Notre Dame to lightly and the irish pulled out a victory. Notre Dame is another team I cant stand. They are only team in nation with just 1 more natianal championship than Oklahoma. Notre Dame has 8 and Oklahoma has 7. All Oklahoma has to do is not lose this year and they will have a shot at number 8. New to the top 10 are the Florida Gators and California. Florida is in a tough conference I bet they will lose soon.

RANK TEAM RECORD PTS PVS 1. USC (45) 4-0 1,508 1 Last game: Def. Stanford 31-28 (Sep. 25) Next week: vs. No. 10 California (Oct. 9) 2. Oklahoma (14) 3-0 1,469 2 Last game: Def. Oregon 31-7 (Sep. 1 This week: vs. Texas Tech (3-1) 3. Georgia 3-0 1,379 3 Last game: Def. Marshall 13-3 (Sep. 1 This week: vs. No. 13 LSU (3-1) 4. Miami (2) 3-0 1,352 4 Last game: Def. Houston 38-13 (Sep. 23) This week: at Georgia Tech (2-1) 5. Texas 3-0 1,266 5 Last game: Def. Rice 35-13 (Sep. 25) This week: vs. Baylor (2-1) 6. Ohio State 3-0 1,188 6 Last game: Def. N.C. State 22-14 (Sep. 1 This week: at Northwestern (1-3) 7. West Virginia 4-0 1,055 7 Last game: Def. James Madison 45-10 (Sep. 25) This week: at Virginia Tech (2-2) 8. Tennessee 3-0 1,005 8 Last game: Def. Louisiana Tech 42-17 (Sep. 25) This week: vs. No. 9 Auburn (4-0) 9. Auburn 4-0 972 10 Last game: Def. The Citadel 33-3 (Sep. 25) This week: at No. 8 Tennessee (3-0) 10. California 2-0 944 9 Last game: Def. New Mexico State 41-14 (Sep. 11) This week: at Oregon State (1-3) LSU loses last week to Auburn in a controversal inicidnet that happened in the closing seconds of the game. LSU drops out of top 10 Auburn moves from 19 to 9. Also Tennesse(#13) beats Florida(#9) in a close game aslo. So Tennesee moves to 8 and Florida drops out of top 10. Everyone ranked below 4 down moves up one except for California and they hold at #10. Oklahoma Sooners and Georgia Bulldogs did not play this weekend. This coming weekend Oklahoma(big 12) plays Texas Tech Red Raiders(big 12) and Georgia(SEC) Bulldogs play LSU(SEC) tigers(former #4 now #13) and Tennessee#8 play Auburn(#9). All are important confernce games and they will be good games to watch. I think the sooners will beat Texas Tech easily since they are playing at Oklahoma. Texas Tech has had to come back in the last few minutes to beat teams in easier conferences and they have no defense. They can pass the ball on offense but Oklahoma has a great defense with an outstanding secondary. The games of the weekend are Georgia vs LSU and Tennesse vs Auburn. If LSU beats Georgia it will probably bring LSU back into top 10 and Georgia will fall. I pick Georgia to win. Georgia is a good solid team and they looked very good the first 3 games. The Tennesee/Auburn game is anyones call. This will be the very best game to watch because both are good teams. It will be tough for Auburn to come into Tennessee and win. I will pick Auburn because I like thier running back named Carnell(Cadilac)Williams. The SEC is a hard conference with over 75% of the teams who will give anyone in their conference a tough game. I think the big 12 is the next hardest conference but Im sure there are those who disagree. Anyway thats it for now. GO SOONERS!

1. USC (46) 4-0 1,507 1 Last game: Def. Stanford 31-28 (Sep. 25) This week: vs. No. 10 California (3-0) 2. Oklahoma (12) 4-0 1,462 2 Last game: Def. Texas Tech 28-13 (Oct. 2) This week: vs. No. 5 Texas (4-0) 3. Georgia (1) 4-0 1,398 3 Last game: Def. No. 13 LSU 45-16 (Oct. 2) This week: vs. No. 8 Tennessee (3-1) 4. Miami (2) 4-0 1,347 4 Last game: Def. Georgia Tech 27-3 (Oct. 2) Next week: vs. No. 22 Louisville (Oct. 14) 5. Texas 4-0 1,283 5 Last game: Def. Baylor 44-14 (Oct. 2) This week: at No. 2 Oklahoma (4-0) 6. Auburn 5-0 1,180 9 Last game: Def. No. 8 Tennessee 34-10 (Oct. 2) This week: vs. Louisiana Tech (3-2) 7. California 3-0 1,116 10 Last game: Def. Oregon State 49-7 (Oct. 2) This week: at No. 1 USC (4-0) 8. Florida State 3-1 1,049 11 Last game: Def. North Carolina 38-16 (Oct. 2) This week: at Syracuse (3-2) 9. Virginia 4-0 966 12 Last game: Def. Syracuse 31-10 (Sep. 25) This week: vs. Clemson (1-3) 10. Purdue 4-0 952 15 Last game: Def. Notre Dame 41-16 (Oct. 2) This week: at Penn State (2-3) Wow what a week. My Oklahoma Sooners beat Texas Tech Red Raiders very easy. Tex Tech got a lot of yards passing just like I knew they would but they also threw some costly interceptions and they could not score in the red zone. The sooner defense will let you get your first downs till you get down to score, but then they get stingy and refuse to give up a touchdown. Up next for Oklahoma is the game of the year. The Red River Shootout here in Dallas against the Texas Longhorns. This is gonna be a good game. No 2 Oklahoma and the no 5 Texas will be the game of the weekend. This is a strange game. No team has a home field advantage. Dallas is the location and the State Fair of Texas is the event. Sooners have bragging rights because they have beaten texas the past 4 years. Go sooners. The Georgia Bulldogs beat the LSU tigers very easy. Georgia will stay at no 3 and LSU will drop again. Thats LSU's 2nd loss. It will be hard for them to stay in the top 20 due to the 2nd loss being a smoking by Georgia. The Auburn Tigers beat Tennesse Volunteers very easily. Tennessse was over ranked in my opinion but Auburn is good. Auburn moves up to #6 in the nation and Tennesse will drop out of top 10. The other top 10 teams that lost was Virgina and Virginia Tech beat them. And Ohio State was finally beaten by a tough Northwesteren University team. Ohio State was just barely winning each game played. I knew they would lose sooner or latter. Southern California the nations #1 team will play #7 California University this comimg weekend. This game will have ranking ramifications as the OU/Texas game. Im not sure if I want USC to lose. If the sooners win and USC loses the sooners will more than likely be the #1 team in the nation. When you are number 1 everyone plays their hardest against you. And if you are not playing your best game you can get beat. That was Oklahomas problem last year. They held on to the number 1 ranking all year till the last 2 games and got beat. Being number 1 is very stressful and takes a lot of out of you. So I will say I dont care about that game as long as the Sooners win and stay at number 2 its cool. So basically FSU Seminoles get back into top 10 at number 8. Virgina who was in the top 15 last week moves into the #9 slot and Purdue University Boilermakers cream Notre Dame and move into the #10 slot. Everyone else who didnt lose this weekend moves up one or remains the same. Im excited about the OU/Texas game this weekend. I wish the weekend was already here. lol

RANK TEAM RECORD PTS PVS 1. USC (45) 5-0 1,509 1 Last game: Def. No. 7 California 23-17 (Oct. 9) This week: vs. No. 19 Arizona State (5-0) 2. Oklahoma (15) 5-0 1,476 2 Last game: Def. Auburn 6-0 1,341 6 Last game: Def. Louisiana Tech 52-7 (Oct. 9) This week: vs. Arkansas (3-2) 5. Purdue 5-0 1,160 10 Last game: Def. Penn State 20-13 (Oct. 9) This week: vs. No. 12 Wisconsin (6-0) 6. Virginia 5-0 1,142 9 Last game: Def. Clemson 30-10 (Oct. 7) This week: at No. 7 Florida State (4-1) 7. Florida State 4-1 1,135 8 Last game: Def. Syracuse 17-13 (Oct. 9) This week: vs. No. 6 Virginia (5-0) 8. Georgia 4-1 978 3 Last game: Lost to No. 17 Tennessee 19-14 (Oct. 9) This week: vs. Vanderbilt (1-4) 9. California 3-1 942 7 Last game: Lost to No. 1 USC 23-17 (Oct. 9) This week: vs. UCLA (4-1) 10. Utah 5-0 931 11 Last game: Def. New Mexico 28-7 (Oct. 1) This week: vs. North Carolina (3-3) Wow. What a college football Saturday. My Oklahoma Sooners did me proud. They shut out the Texas Longhorns 12 to 0. I was there at the Cotton Bowl at the State Fair of Texas in the rain and witnessed history. First time Texas has been shut out since 1980. The Sooners look damn good. Both Texas and Oklahoma have great defenses but Oklahoma's defense is better. Texas offense was stagnant. The defense of Oklahoma refused to let them score any points. Every time Texas got into scoring position, Oklahoma would push them back out of field goal range. A new star came out Saturday. A freshman running back from Palestine, Texas. His name is Adrian Peterson. And the kid can run the football. He is fast and strong. He will run over you if you are in the way. Peterson got 225 yards on 32 carries. It is exciting to watch him run. Every time he gets the ball you feel like he is gonna get a big gain. Peterson was asked after the game why he didnt go to the University of Texas. He answered, "Well I wanted to go to Texas University and they recruited me, but I wanted to win a national championship, so I decided the University of Oklahoma would give me a better chance to do that." Not only is this kid a good running back but he is smart also. Yes my friends the sooners have beaten the longhorns for the 5th straight year. Bob Stoops and the rest of the sooner coaching staff did a great job of coaching. Great play calling and strategy. 12 to zip is not a blow out but the sooners had total control of the game. This has to rank high on the best games I have ever seen in person before. The sooner victory back in 1986 in Nebraska when there was about 6 inches of snow on the ground is still the best. USC squeeked out a victory over California. They still number one and sooners holding at number 2 Tennesee upset number 3 Georgia. This was pretty surprising. Last week Auburn really beat the crap out of Tennessee. This game had standing ramifications. So USC and Oklahoma are still number 1 and 2. Georgia drops to #8 and Miami moves to #3. Auburn moves to #4. Texas drops out of top 10 to #11. They will be back in top 10 soon. Texas is good they should be in the top 5 teams in the nation. They just cant beat my sooners. Purdue moves in to the slot vacated by texas at #5. The rest is right there above on the chart. Oh yes heinz ketchup, I think your golden gophers have the same problem the longhorns have. Maybe time for a new coach with a different kind of strategy. It was a close game, but Minnesota cames out on the short end.

1. USC (50) 6-0 1,514 1 Last game: Def. No. 19 Arizona State 45-7 (Oct. 16) This week: vs. Washington (1-5) 2. Oklahoma (10) 6-0 1,470 2 Last game: Def. Kansas State 31-21 (Oct. 16) This week: vs. Kansas (3-3) 3. Miami (1) 5-0 1,380 3 Last game: Def. No. 17 Louisville 41-38 (Oct. 14) This week: at N.C. State (4-2) 4. Auburn 7-0 1,359 4 Last game: Def. Arkansas 38-20 (Oct. 16) This week: vs. Kentucky (1-5) 5. Florida State 5-1 1,234 7 Last game: Def. No. 6 Virginia 36-3 (Oct. 16) This week: at Wake Forest (3-3) 6. Georgia 5-1 1,124 8 Last game: Def. Vanderbilt 33-3 (Oct. 16) This week: at Arkansas (3-3) 7. Wisconsin 7-0 1,088 12 Last game: Def. No. 5 Purdue 20-17 (Oct. 16) This week: vs. Northwestern (3-3) 8. California 4-1 1,071 9 Last game: Def. UCLA 45-28 (Oct. 16) This week: at Arizona (1-5) 9. Texas 5-1 1,026 11 Last game: Def. No. 24 Missouri 28-20 (Oct. 16) This week: at No. 24 Texas Tech (4-2) 10. Utah 6-0 1,015 10 Last game: Def. North Carolina 46-16 (Oct. 16) This week: vs. UNLV (2-5) Only one upset in the top 10 this week the #5 Purdue Boilermakers were beaten by Wisconsin. Purdue drops out of top 10. This getting difficult to keep track of. There is also some confusion. The BCS (Bowl Championship Series) rankings are out now. The BCS rankings are not the same as this ranking system. The BCS rankings got my Oklahoma Sooners as number 3 and Miami at number 2. I cant figure this out. Since Miami was almost beaten by Luisville last Thursday. Hell Luisville isnt even a BCS contender team. They play in Conference USA. I dont know. The sooners are ranked 2 in all the other polls. I thought they were supposed to put more value on the other polls instead of the damn computers. Any way my sooners still won at Kansas State this past weekend. Kansas State always plays OU tuff. I dont care if they are not ranked in top 20 they are still a good team. Next up for OU is Kansas. After Kansas some tuff games come up for the sooners. This BCS thing will play itself out and my sooners will be back on top.

| There is not a college football fan in the country that can figure out the BSC. It's like a bad computer programmer; they fix one thing and break another. Until the college football system goes to a playoff, it will never be fair or make any sence...
