I have read where North Korea has agreed to shutdown their nuclear reactor within 60 days. http://feeds.bignewsnetwork.com/?sid=228205 http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/6359999.stm This new agreement seems to herald a new beginning in stabilizing the region but the question will remain "Can we trust them or not?". Will North Korea squirrel away what advances they made to detonate a nuclear device to use as leverage for whatever dispute arises? This is a start, but how do we guarantee that North Korea plays fairly with their previous track record?
