I wrote about this on Geeksters.org today: http://www.geeksters.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=680 Monster.com is the largest job site on the Internet and the possible fallout of private user data falling into the wrong hands could make for the very least, a major embarrassment for them. Another possible fallout is that if identity theft occurs because of this data loss, could it open Monster.com open to lawsuits? I'm really surprised that I have not heard more about this on the news.
