Southern baptists here. We dont believe in dancing, drinking or listening to any rock n roll music, we dont believe in having any fun at all. So im not a very good southern bapitst. Never understood all this when in the bible they danced they drank and..... well music is music there was no electricity during bible times so they couldnt have rock n roll.

I was baptized in a Catholic Church...started going to church/attend mass when I had my first communion and able to memorize the "Our Father"... started memorizing the rosary's mystery when I was in highschool I shifted to Jesus Is Lord Movement (third year) because the missionaries were so cute to ignore... but still attend mass regulary because the Sunday's gospel will be our Monday's exam... left JIL after a year, for I can't bear to hear my auntie's false testimonies... and decided to devote being a Catholic... Read one chapter of the Bible every day, and say the rosary everyday... able to read the whole Bible (internalizing some of them... but forgetting the majority)... I'm back to Genesis...and is still there...can't memorize anymore the mysteries... and opted to watch the passengers than pretend i'm sleeping but the fingers were busy with the rosary beads... attend mass whenever I want to and really feel that I need to. I'm no longer a proud devoted Catholic... but I am still proud to be a God-fearing woman... "I don't do unto others, what I don't want them to do unto me"... Human as I am... I ask my sins forgiveness silently to HIM and to HIM alone... I respect all religions... as long as you believe GOD, ALLAH or JEHOVAH....(whatever other religions call HIM)... and don't use His name in vain... I dislike people attending mass/prayer meetings/religious gatherings who won't do what's they are supposed to do and doing things that shouldn't be done... now, what's my religion? I AM CATHOLIC, BAPTIST, MUSLIM, JEHOVAH'S WITNESS, SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST... name it.. I can be one ... but for now, I'm just being me ...a GOD-FEARING WOMAN...hoping not to fail to HIS wishes and doing my best not to give in to temptations...which is so hard to do... AMEN oopss...did i hear myself clear? it can't be me talking like that...i'm a woman of few words... anyhow, the damage had been done..hehehe
