Like abortion...murder is murder. But its unfair of me to speak for those who suffer. If God kept you alive then he has a purpose for it.

I agree. But it becomes a different matter when faced with the situation. I guess I would want my patients to be comfortable and not feeling any pain til they cross-over to the other side.

If God, who is all loving, can watch suffering, for his purpose, then who am I to think i have more compassion then He. If that suffering leads that person, or someone else to trust Jesus, and escape the eternal torment of the outer darkness, then let God be God.

It maybe so. But I also thought that God is the most understanding of all. I will not be able to withstand the sufferings of a love one when I know that the person is going to die anyway. Im the kind of person who would do anything to make the person I love happy if its within my capabilities. Im willing to take full responsiblities of my actions. Because I know God will always understand that I did it out of love and not for selfish reasons.

Does this apply to animals/pets too? Because as I have seen this thread, I am kind of guilty that it reminds me of my rottweiler dog. He was put to sleep through injection . I was convinced by his doctor when it was found he had accute kidney trouble and that his life was numbered by few days. It was really hard to see him leave but at the same time I couldn't take seeing him very weak, and could never eat.

Yes, I am against of euthanasia. I believe miracles happen anytime. There are even happenings that the person is thought dead already, then suddenly gains breath. This is really hard to decide. But in my view, this is not right.

Your live is not your own and to kill yourself is murder.  There was a News Story from  Country where they allowed Euthanasia.... A woman convinced a doctor to say she had Sirocesses of the liver then went to another doctor to insite on dr assisted suicide and the doctor reluctantly complied after the atopsy the doctor found out her liver was perfectly healthy and the doctor ended up killing himself.  I can't remember all the details was a bout 6 months ago SInce I read it but... If you are Made by God is it not God's decission when your job here is done and not yours... A vase does not decide when it is no longer a vase.... Nor does a watch decide to no longer be a watch less the maker or Owner destroys it, it will be as it is mades
