Do you still keep tab with friends from the past, like HighSchool friends? Did you ever have a groupie and groupie name in Highschool? What's your funniest, mushiest, cutest friendship story? People come and go but true friends are hard to find. I hope many participate with this thread

| yes... I still keep tab with friends from the past...like friends from way way back not just Highschool...even when i was in kindergarten...I value friends and friendships...they are God's best gift to us. Yeah I did had groupies (lol) Like in Highschool...the yuckiest name I could remember was the Trasher Gang ... lol and the most mushy would be the SWACK GALS (Sealed with A Caring Kiss) haha... composed of 8 girls and 1 gay... this is the most solid friendship I have...even now that we are away from each other have our own lives, family and new friends, live thousand miles away...we still keep tab of each other like through text, chat and re-unions (sometimes for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, christening, deaths) 3) the Swack Gals have anniversary...we celebrate it every year eventhough its just the 3 of us sometimes...we just send pics or call those who are not present. funny anecdote was well...1 of our gay friend from SWACK...we attempted to change him to be a straight guy...we told him that he can choose among any of us 8 girls to be his girlfriend...and we will do anything for him ... (lol) mind you my friends are all pretty ... sadly he denied us ... lol

Do you still keep tab with friends from the past, like HighSchool friends? Yes,I do.Old friends are so funny.Hihi.Lot of memories with them.Actually,it's them who I always meet when I have a chance everytime I go in the Phil. Did you ever have a groupie and groupie name in Highschool? Oooooooo, suddenly I miss them when I read this. Yes,we have a group name.We were 6 best friends in high school so our name was Magic 6. What's your funniest, mushiest, cutest friendship story? Hanging out in our two friends' apartment. They shared one apartment, since they came from outside Manila. And it's there where we changed clothes and went straying,or stayed there and bought some Grandes, hahaha.I remember redhorse too.LOL.Dang,this makes me miss them. People come and go but true friends are hard to find. True, but true friends can be met everywhere naman.

The last time I attended was about 7 years ago and I had a grand time because Roilo Golez and immigration commisioner Parayno was the guests speakers. Would never imagine they graduated from the same public school I went to and it was really funny how they described their teachers, which some of them were present at that time. I still have the pics and their autographs and calling cards Did you ever have a groupie and groupie name in Highschool? I was always hanging around with the activists and the softball and volleyball team and they dont interact with each other so I had a different group What's your funniest, mushiest, cutest friendship story? Afrer high school I hang around with a cousin for a while who lives in a posh village and became "one of the girls". They all graduated from different private schools and sometimes they would go meet some guys in their old school uniforms though they are all graduates already. And because they wont leave me behind, they would dress me up in one of their uniforms. So sometimes im from CEU, sometimes, Holy Spirit, sometimes the old Maryknoll College. But of course I always stay in the background, always worried that one of those guys will talk to me and ask me something about the school I "represented" on that particular day which I knew nothing about, of course! People come and go but true friends are hard to find. I couldn't agree more on this. |

Do you still keep tab with friends from the past, like HighSchool friends? yup, but most of em are married or moved to another city or country... l did, l moved to jakarta since then but then l still got some of their numbers Did you ever have a groupie and groupie name in Highschool? hahaha... yea, this is funny, reminded me of silly stuff we did that timey! that time we were like 4 gurls and 1 boy.. we called ourself 'famous five' lol some called us the 'rugrats' cuz that time we were the 'brat' in the class What's your funniest, mushiest, cutest friendship story? talking bout funniest oh my gosh! in high school l didnt cut classes but l did made fun of the teachers... and if talking abt brave... between that group, they always asked me to do first then they will covers n follow. to tell our 'naughtiness' will be the whole book... that time we got an indonesian subject teacher, she dress like japanese n her hair was tied n pinned up with lotsa small pins. l meant ALOT of small black pins. then when she asked me to come forward n do the task, l pretend that l cannot do it so l stand on her back while she was sitting down. l carried a huge magnet n l tried to get the magnet as close as l can to the back of her head while l try to pay attention to her book woooshhhh then her hair was down hahaha... she was shocked hihihi... then she go out to her room to re-do her hair but we do it 3 times, so we didnt realize it when the bell rang so the class dismissed ohhh gawd! this is like l'm rewind-ing my memories People come and go but true friends are hard to find. indeed its very true
