Hmmmm ok .... iztarted zmoking when i waz 18 then when i become pregnant i ztopped zmoking for 5 yrz! imagine i did it..... but then on... i got deprezzed and ztrezzed out.... zo i tried to continue it again.....but then on ...i am azthmatic .... then i tried to ztop by now and then.... go and ztop, go and ztop.....oh well now i guezz i zhould congratulate myzelf cuz i am not zmokin for about a month now Grin And i am planning to do it till the end of my breath... Grin Thank god! I did it! Wink

i used to smoke when i was in college. Heck i used to drink a lot when i was in college  Grin... I stopped when i started jogging and wanted to ran in some marathons.. health reasons..  Wink Its was hard but i made it...  
 
I dont have anythign againstsmokers and i also knwo how hard it is to quit. but it is not imposble  Wink

life is just like a glas of capuchino...you can make it good if you know how to make one...(a lil sugar. choco powder and whipped cream on top)...youll found it bitter but sweet...
