i don't have any beauty ritual....cause i don't have a beauty...
well....brush ur hair before u sleep....brush ur teeth...drink some coke before u go to bed....thats my ritual and dont wear bra when u sleeping....

My..... drink coke before sleeping?.... I think since coke has caffeine, it can rather make u restless?....
nwei,... mine's:
1.) drink plenty of fluids... water at most and fruit juices too
2.) shampoo ur hair 4 times a week but use conditioner everyday coz shampoos can be very harsh on ur hair when used everyday.... if you can't help using shampoo everyday,...then mix it with a lil water...
3.) I don't wear make-up... just lipgloss and a moisturizer will do
4.) I use lotion after bath... always
5.) If you don't have time to go out and have a facial or body scrub...you can do it yourself at home! really,.... all u need is : Sugar.... it's a great facial and body scrub... but don't forget to rinse off afterwads... It renews skin and it'll give a pinkish glow on ur face too
6.)don't stay out in the sun too much... it can be very harsh on ur skin... and it causes skin cancer too
7.) try not to worry too much or get angry too much... stay happy... and laugh a lot....

Aside from cleaning my face w a moisturizer before goin to bed...i make sure that i feel fresh and clean ....
and one more thing ... i plan what to do for tomorrow so when i wake up...ill not feel confused or disturbed...and feel messy....
I see to it that if i have no enough sleep at night...ill take a nap in the afternoon... lots of sleep is good for the skin

dont have any beauty buzzz.....am too preoccupied with my kids at home and sometimes..am too tired after... and a half bath before going to sleep is all i can afford to do...no extras ....my beauty is beyond repair

really...it's sleep... and you will feel and look great...
just wash my face with soap and take a bath everyday...i'm a simple woman, with simple everything...=======) no toothbrushing, not combing my hair and not even changing clothes...? hehehe

Beauty secrets?i think i dont have secret on this beause i do just like you girls do.When it comes to facial care, i wash it two times a day with the right facial cleanser suitable for my skin(shiseido facial foam).I dont really use or apply cosmetics if my skin condition is ok and doesnt need.I always use sunscreen cream during summer.I use energizing cream during night and morning time.I dont wear heavy make up when i go to work, but i always wear facial cream because my face is dry and a light lipstick.For my hair,i use different shampoos.I've been wanting to try to color my hair but i am afraid it will be damaged so i never have tried.
