Okay now I know this is a sensible request. 
How about adding a quick search box? Say, I want to go to a particular topic or thread but I forgot where or is too lazy to search for it? If we have that tiny box, it will make life a lil easier for us. Or... can we do the same for members? You can add options if you're looking for a topic or a member, etc. I know it sucks trying to look for a member having to go through all the list. (if there has been any change/s on the member's page that I am obviously not aware of, I stand corrected).

In the menu at the top, look for "Search". That is the only search feature for the forum.
