The US Supreme Court is Falling Apart?

I heard on the news today that pieces of the marble facade of the US Supreme Court building fell off. Nobody was injured. Just an unexpected problem during the restoration of the building. A newspaper headline did occur to me however....

Hopefully a piece hits a judge on the head and knocks there ass out. (but not kill them, just make it hurt REALLY bad)
