There's always time to go to the gym. I said the same thing for the last 3 months of last year. Then realized how much time i spent online "playing". No chat =plenty of time I actually live .5 miles from a 24 hour gym that i have belonged to for 10 years and have a Dojo in my house. But surprising as it is. I had "no time"  , So this year i am finding time agian

i know that cuz i was there ..... lol but lucky i didnt had jinggay's bodd i got my own ... lol 
i feel everytime im in the gym those sumo wrestler figured women will stump on me and crush me to death  ... some actors are there . .... like carlos morales . lol... he is so flawless dr vicky belo .. gives him free facials LOL ... but if you feel that you need to shape up .... just work out sis .... you pay .. it ... and who cares if you wana be in shape .....

if you have a garage, why bother going to the gym? little is really needed to exercise, the only real exercise equiptment we have here is an inversion table, too bad you are only supposed to stay on it 2 minutes at a time, i enjoy that to much, is great for your sense of balance too, what else do you really need, some dumbells, a punching bag.. why bother with a gym?
