I Am Sick And Tired....

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I had bad flu earlier in February and now I am sick again with a chest cold. It is very similar to what I had in November and what started my pnemonia last year. I think a lot has to do with my constant "burning the candle at both ends" and stress. I also haven't been on the bike since last New Year's Eve. I really believe now that proper rest and stress relief is the key to good health.
Ok, with that said, will anyone volunteer to come over and help me clean house?

sorry i know thats not wat u mean but the other way around. why can't u just admit it that you want to volunteer urself to be my helper....again sorry we already got Nora. and we can't afford to loose her
as for mike, how i wish i could send Nora, our helper to help you but the problem is getting a visa
take a vacation mike, vacation somewhere in LA
