recipe for leche flan hehe
 
Custard:  
12 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
1 pint Vit D milk
1 tablespoon vanilla (lemon essence or peppermit can be substituted)
 
Caramel  
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
 
Method
Caramelized sugar
Put sugar and water in a saucepan. Caramelize in high heat. Line loaf tin with caramelized sugar. Be sure to line the sides of the pan.  
 
Blend the custard ingredients in a blender. Pour mixture into a loaf tin lined with caramelized sugar. Cover with aluminum foil. Place tin in a larger baking pan half-filled with water. Place pan in pre-heated oven (375 F) and bake flan for about 1 hour or until it is firm.  Actually my mom-in-law steam the leche flan instead so i guess steaming is ok too.
 
 
ps i have not tried this recipe before but the other recipes from this site are ok i have tried them.

lettuce and salad dressing, or coleslow. and fresh fruits likes Grin mango, pineapple, melon, banana and  a lot more.

Not really a big fan of dessert, but if I had my choice it would have to be chocolate cake or maybe a fudge brownie covered with vannila ice cream and some chocolate sauce.

I only eat dessert when I go out to eat.  Im a southerner so I go for pecan pie with vanilla ice cream on top and caramel bread pudding with vanilla ice cream on top. And wash it down with a cold bud light. Grin

Not a fan of dessert either, just like Dale.
 
I more on a coffee gal after every meal. I'm not into sweet foods.

Having dyspepsia won't prevent me from having cheesecakes!  Grin I'm not too big on any other cakes though.
