I'm sorry all..i can only cook water well, i tried cooking "paksiw" and it tastes good though..so, i now love to cook other filipino dishes, like frying dried fish..hehe..and other basic filipino dishes like pancit, "dinuguan"...name it, i know it. haven't tried others though... maybe if you can provide me a recipe book i will try it too... am trying to be a good cook

yeah i think by now ppl can guess i LOVE cooking. my neigbour is a caterer and she orders desserts from me almost every weekend (i am bored doing nothing at home so i do this besides chatting to pass time. most importantly i make money). hehe
i am not a filipina but i cook filipina food as i get recipes thru the net. i like exploring new dishes and i keep trying till i succeed . i also cook chinese, malay, western and indian dishes.... who wants curry lol
i compile my recipes so i dont forget them. the net gives u recipes but normally u have to adjust the amount depending on your taste like i did
so i guess i can cook ...... well at least my hubby isnt complaining )
