Diets: Whats Good? Whats Bad?

I never been on a diet in my life. I read this book called The South Beach Diet and its amazing that what I thought was good for you really isnt and what is good for you really is. Juice for example. If you drink orange or grape juice thats like drinking sugar. Its better to eat the orange or grapes whole. Reason cuz of the fiber in it and your stomach has to work to get at the fruitcose(sugar) in it. But if u drink a big glass of orange juice it will go right through your stomach and into your blood system and your pancreas will start pumping out the insulin faster than a rabbit having sex. Ive learned the closer something taste like a rope the better it is for u. Does anyone else have any thoughts on whats good and whats bad about a diet? Please share

hmmm..I'll get back on this one...I never been on a diet in my life too. Sometimes I don't like eating, sometimes i like eating too much. What makes me gain weight is sleeping too much.

I tried doing the 6 o clock diet, eating any kind of food u like but not after 6 o clock in the evening its tested and proven. Having a great breakfast in the morning that i am not normally used to do and a slight of noodles in the afternoon is a great diet for me plus dont forget to walk and exercise

dieting is about wise eating and not starving yourself to death or restraining your weird cravings. Eat wisely and cut down on ur fats intake. Check the fats contents in ur food. never exceed more than 3 gms of fats a day. Regular exercise helps to burn those extra fats. That will keep you trimmed and healthy and free from heart disease or high cholestrol in blood

I eat everything I like. The key is to just do some form of exercise and not let the food just settle in your stomach and stay there.

Having small quantities more frequently helps, like having 5meals a day. Our metabolism works after meals. Exercising after meals stimulates metabolism further so it's always advisable, even for just 20mins.
