The time when we went on swimming ... i ate prawns i know im allergic to that ...but what can i do...how can i resist the taste of it...So when i woke up in the morning my face were all red..had this red spots on my body ... itchy and irritating!  Had it for 2 days

I don't know if this qualifies, because it's never made me sick, but Airline food is pretty gross. I try to stay away from it if I can. I like to bring on stuff whenever I fly or connect somewhere. Nothing like eatting a good meal while those around you are droolin' at what you brought onboard as they eat crackers and stuff that looks like it was left by the side of the road in 100degree heat for a couple of days.  
I also am really careful with stuff that I think has been left out too long, either at friends places or restaurants, and may have bacteria lurking within.
I also use alot of anti-bacterial hand sanitizers. I find that helps alot when it comes to eatting out and you don't trust that either your hands or the restaurant bathroom is clean. My moto is..."Why take chances"? That, and..."punch-buggy BLUE...no punch-backs"!!

It's only when Im out and touching so many doorknobs, public telephones, gas pumps and whatever else I touched out in the World. There are so many people who have colds, or the flu, and don't mind if you catch it too.
I usually eat whatever is available when Im out or traveling to save time, and this is usually fast food that you have to eat with your hands. No plastic cutlery for me.
I on the other hand mind alot if these people make me sick. I never used to give much thought to it, until I took a University course that had a section that dealt with the health care industry, and when I talked to a disease specialist. That guy opened my eyes to alot of things that I took for granted before.
Information is more powerful than any sword.

i have a severe case or migraine so a lot of my fav foods make me sick actually. chocolates and cheeses triggers my migraines but i still eat them
