Fatty foods, cheesy foods, sweet, oily foods are often considered as unhealthy kind of foods. Problem, is they are the ones that we call "yummy".

For me, cheesy kind of foods is my favorite. I even eat cheese [sliced] alone. I like also foods with coconut--yummy! Other than being lazy working out,  that's one reason of my weight being unstable to what should be.

Any foods you think unhealthy for you, but you can't help eating? Or, other than it's unhealthy, what else or what really is the reason why you have to get rid of that food? Is it because it's expensive, allergy, or afraid of gaining weight and becoming fat?

One of my favorite restaurants in HK is  the Australian restaurant named "OutBack".

And this is often my order: "Alice' Spring Chicken" topped with bacon, American cheese and butter.

Or: Grilled Salmon topped with butter, served with vegies, creamy chicken soup and fried rice [I dont eat the rice].

Then a glass of redwine.  Grin
