Frarah Fawcett Diagnosed with cancer

Who could ever forget the poster that made her an international star. The nipple shot made her famous. I remember her well. I remember wearing my brothers t-shirt of Farah to school. This same picture pasted on the front of the shirt. I think I was in the 7th grade. It wasnt a brand spanking new t-shirt....just a shirt that he never wore and I think he had it for about 6 years. Anyway I didnt have any clean T-shirts so I went to his room and looked in his closet and I found Farah. She still had the price tag of $9.95 on it. It was a bright orange shirt that really caught my eye and I thought it would look cool with my Levi's 501 button fly blue jeans and cowboy boots. Well needless to say, I rushed out the door and walked to school. I got to school and my teacher took one look at me and sent me to the principles office. Not knowing what I had done, I asked her why. Her reply was "That awful shirt!" At the time I thought she just didnt like the color. Maybe orange was to loud of a color? Anyway...I did as I was told and went to the principles office. Mr Coffey looked at my chest and burst out in laughter. He told me the shirt was not appropriate to wear to school. He made me turn Farah inside out and wear her on the inside. Thinking about that now, I got more attention drawn to me by wearing a shirt that was inside out than if I wore it the regular way. I was aware of Charlie's Angels but wasnt really a fan of the show....but after I sure was. Anyway...Farah has been diagnosed with intestinal cancer and I hope and pray she will fair well. She was a memory of my childhood and I am sure a lot of others as well.

Farah's one of my favorite actress back in the Charlie's Angels days. There never was an episode of the show I didn't watch. I thought they were very cool! How old is she now? Whatever happens to her, I knew she has lived her life to the fullest being famous and all. I just hope she will go in a natural death and not coz of some illness. That would be an awful way to die when you still have to suffer a lot.
Lol Joel, if your school don't have a uniform they should not be that strict with what student wear to school. That was a decent pic. At least you didn't go to school wearing shirt that sez "don't f**k with me or I'll f**k you!" or something of that nature.
