I have found a small problem with YaBB. Actually, its a feature that should be there but just left out. I know that some topics are getting quite large. Is that a good thing? I think so, but it is starting to take a long time for the entire message list to download for some. Here is my answer:
When you wish to reply on a thread that is long, after you see the Reply box drawn on the screen, just hit your stop button on your browser. As long as the Reply box is on your screen with the Post button, it will work just fine! I was searching for an answer on the YaBB forum list, and found that little trick. I'll see if I can find a mod to limit them, but for now, just use that trick. Simple, huh?

Awww,thank you Ree. I have been encountering that little problem especialy in my blog, but I thought there was nothing we could do about it. I just tried this trick and it works well.

Wow! A taco for my trouble! Why I didn't think of this before, I do not know. I've seen topics on the Yabb forum go to page 141 and more....and that is with more replys per page.
