HELP!!!!!

I've got a problem in my pc... a friend of mine has downloaded some crap into my pc.. now Im finding difficulties to delete a certain file. Infact the delete option when u right click, is not available... it appeares as given below. Someone please please please help me, I don't wanna format the pc just for one file.. ..

RJ, I think you should post it at the topic about computers. So at least when someone will have a similar problem, they will know where to look for this. Have your asked Ree? I will help you but I am very busy right now putting together some computer programs that i formulated in my dreams!

No Thanx Witchy lol I dont need your help lol.. well I found out my self.. I emptied my folder and deleted it with the file in it.. now its gone... Ty anyway ....
