The worst IMHO is NorthWest Airlines. There is no specific reason, I just think they were very disorganized.
The best North American airline I have been on is American Airlines. They are just very professional, never had any problems with them. Decent prices.

for me its China Airlines...i dont like the food! ewww  i wanted to try Northwest dale but im thinkin twice about what u said eh....for me there is no great air Japan airlines....so cool and i love the food and all are polite and friendly....

I know i should always choose Philippine Air Line to show my support and patriotism.I have tried 3 times but I dont know why I always felt dizzy,and i didnt like the food..sorry but I am choosing Cathay Pacific...i have tried Korean Air Line too,it was ok.

Hey...Egypt Air was not that bad...actually i feel im inside pyramid eh, very relaxing ...LOL! the food is great too! though stewards were kinda snobbish!

AIR TRANSAT!!
Air Transat is a tour operator based out of Montreal that mainly does Holiday package deals to the Caribbean, and charter flights to a few destinations around North America.
I have a few friends that work at the airport, and they have been hearing very bad things about that airline. They try to cut corners and costs, and as a result you are going to roll the dice whenever you fly with them.
Yikes!!!

I flew to Jamaica once again this past January, and I was booked with Skyservice, which is basically a charter flight service.
IMHO, the WORST Airline I have ever flown with. Dang!
First, the seats are VERY close to each other to squeeze every inch and cram every seat into those jets. What a Cattle-Car Situation! Sooo Uncomfortable.
Next they are Chronically late. They arrive late and take off late.
I flew out of Ottawa, and my flight was slated for an afternoon departure, but our jet was late arriving from Mexico, and so we took off an hour late as a result.
The boarding crew used no real system to get passengers onto the plane, so everyone just rushed the gate all at once and as a result everyone had to stand in one long line for 30 minutes before reaching our seats.
Then the Immigration forms they passed out en-route were invalid, so everyone had to take an extra 20 minutes in line at the Montego Bay Airport to fill out new forms. Dumb-Azzes.
On the return trip it was even worse. First the plane arrived an hour late and docked at the wrong gate, they once again boarded passengers with no system leading to another long line and wait times of half an hour to get seated. The flight attendants couldn't read the list of passengers correctly (Insert Dumb Blonde Joke Here) and we waited for over 40 minutes for someone who was already on the plane. They couldn't figure out one name was listed twice. Dumb-Azzes. Then you guessed it, we landed 2 hours late.
UgggggGGGgggggg! Never again! It makes me realize just how spoiled I was when I flew with WestJet! Large Leather seats with plenty of leg room, the personal Satelite TV in each seatback so you can watch what you want, and the food is much better with WestJet too.
The day after I got back home from Jamaica I made up my mind and bought a large amount of WestJet stock. That's just how much I love them.
Ohhh...BTW Jamaica Rocked!
