up to you all, if we do, i think it would be best to do as polls in the forum here, with results not shown till we release it, i would think july 4th would be the appropriate date, even though it has nothing to do with asia  ::) :P well, considering last time was new years eve, would be 6 months, 4 days apart.. any input is welcome.

Yes, but limit it to a few awards. And only put like who took 1st , 2nd, 3rd etc... forget the numbers thing.

Well, Tinz, I have heard that in the past among the old regs chatters, they really had a lot of fun giving awards because everyone was a good sports back then. I am not sure about the present chatters we have now though. They may get offended if we award them something like "The most outstanding Jerk" or "The Most Serious Male and Female"...etc...? ;DAnd isn't that what we are doing now? That's why we have the Hottest last year and now we have the Nicest and the Most Harmless?

Well, since we are going to do it here at the forum, we can give out awards like the following: (take note this is just a suggestion)

1. the member with the highest number of posts
2. the member with the lowest number of posts
3. the member who is always missing
4. the most controversial member
5. the silliest chatter
6. the flirtiest chatter
7. the best-cloned chatter

and other awards anyone think is necessary or funny?

Actually, Alex...RJ is currently working on that. He is trying to record everyone who sings on the mic inside ac1 room. Then he will try to create a link where everyone will have a chance to hear those voices and songs

I agree with the First statement by WW, that it might cause more Harm than Good. I also agree that back a few years ago the Regs took it in Stride but now if another "Awards Thingy" was done, there will undoubtedly be some pissed off Regs and posters here on Free, and you should think twice before Intentionally hurting someones Feelings.

Gang, Was Nothing learned from the High-School Silliness that was the "Hottest" male and Female poster Threads?? Such topics are meant for 13yr olds, not for grown-ups who should know better, IMHO.

I know that the "Spirit" of those Threads (When Created) was well intentioned, but to DIVIDE a group of people, and to turn this website into members who were either on the list and members who were not, was child-like.

Personally I come to Free to post and to Interact with other Regs and to share thoughts and ideas. I could care less about what someone looks like, be they White, Brown, Green, Pink..Goodlooking or Fugly...5 arms or 13 legs. It makes no difference to me.

While I agree that it is the Right of any Member of FreeWorld to create a Thread or Post Responses, once again you can Count me out of any Thread that Divides other Members, Intentionally or Not.
