First, I want to evince the appreciations to the moderators-- Coochie, Witchy and Tina. Your patience and efforts are so appreciated. You have really brought so much fun in the forum, by your initiatives, such as creating this game.

However, I personally can't honor the "self-disqualification " made by the winner. If she had thought of that,  it should have done it from the first time. We have put the trust to the judges, thus, it means the counting of each vote was done fairly. So for me, I respect the result, and the highest scorers are the winners.


Therefore,

No one put her under stress or anything into doing that. That was her own decision and she has her personal reasons for doing that. Please just accept the judges' decisions since it is final and it's unfair to the proclaimed winners. Thank you.

No one put her under stress and why did this have to happen? Where is the excitement or "real" feelings of the members congratulating the second announced winner when everyone knows the fact?

I take for example, myself. If I really knew I wasn't supposed to be in the competition for some reasons, I should have explained my reasons why I couldn't include myself in the competition, from the beginning. Why did I let and want myself to be voted and won, then after letting people I am the hottest, I make twist and give the title to the next person who got the most votes? What am I doing? I am a realist and I don't like drama.

I don't mean to make this a big issue, but I just want to say it loud how I feel about making the result accepted unhappily (Well, for me ).

I am sorry, but the action is too late, inappropriate, and that I am totally disappointed. Even so, I hope we all know now what should we have to do ,when we will have another games, like this.

I guess Coochie got some explaining to do:  FIrst of all, before I took over as a moderator, Kimmy already started the thread about the Who is the Hottest  thing.  And when we are discussing  all the nomination there, we have to include everyone.  at Kimmy's thread, it means everyone, no exception.  As the time pass, I had rumors tellin me that as a moderator, I should not be in until the last minute.  If I told you then, you, Witchy and Tina, you will back down also.  Since we agree everyone participate.   Since it was already in the middle of the voting.  One candidate already  back down.  And I said to myself, yes, the show must go on.  However, I will take all the blame and critism for what ever reason you will tell me now.  I just want this to be fun and     as hard at it is to collect's everyone's photo ,  I even got Ree's photo and he hardly participate on this..And when I did, that tells us something that we got everyone's participation in here.  And I think Witchy and I  did a great job!.  I'm sorry guys if I disappointted you.  I just want to be fair to everyone and if no one accept my reasoning and sees it as I am being dramatic .  So bet it!!.  It is the first time we did this in the forum, and yes, it is hard to put down any rules and regulations here . We are already up to our neck posting and sending reminders to all members about the rules but to no avail, some reads it some never read them all. Since we started all as being a member it is hard to lay the rules in the beginning.  I want everyone's participation in this since I see it everyone  shld be qualified as everyone else. My backing down in the beginning, I wont be setting an example of not participating here if I did.  However, as the voting goes, rumors begun to heat up about me being in the contest.  When Kimmy started, I was not a moderator yet.  And we discuss that everyone shld be all a participatant if your name got nominated in Kimmy's thread.   However,  I see it as being unfair now  since I moderate this section and some agreed with me till the end.  So for me I thought I am doing  noble thing. I gave up my winning to someone who I think deserves to  be the hottest.  .  And my reasoning why I did not back down then, As I mention before...because I am thinking then that if I did, everyone will back down.    So I just keep that to myself until the end..  And who knows, maybe I was wrong.  But again, sorry guys.  I hope you take this as an apology.  Our purpose is to have fun and getting members participation.  I am not creating ANY DRAMA what so ever.  But if anyone thinks this is a drama, again it is your perception.  If you dont see the reasoning behind my explanation, I am so sorry if you think I am creating a drama.   Heck, if Ree did not ask me to moderate this forum, I would gladly accept the voters choice.  Just chill, and let us  have fun and congratulate the true winner of this contest!!! If anyone wishes to withdraw at the  Beginning /halfway or what ever for any reason we should respect that too..and perhaps gave there voters another chance to vote???but only then and  not now ..that the winner is declared...

Personally, I must admit that I felt disappointed to know that Coochie withdrew herself and wasn't declared as the hottest. :o :(  I think it is unfair to her voters to learn that she had planned to withdraw during the voting period already. If they would have known then, i think they would have chosen a different candidate. Well, Coochie dear, next time please don't let the rumors or gossips affect you. If rumors about you being a moderator at the same time as one of the candidates do really exist, well... all i can say is that... TO H**L WITH THESE RUMORS!  [smiley=furious3.gif]

Ok, folks..Coochie having said her piece, let it rest please. We will make rules as we go along since this is the first time ever held such competitions in here. And as for a new rule yet... MODERATORS IN THIS THREAD WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE NOMINATIONS IN ANY FUTURE COMPETITION AND THEY ARE COOCHIE, OKASANTINA, AND MYSELF. . That is in fairness to all the other participants. Remember, we are the ones who decide if a post is a vote or not, so please respect our new rule and let's get on with having fun here. I agree that she should have done it in the beginning but she has her reasons. And it is over and done with anyway so no need to dwell on it anymore. Let's just congratulate the winners and move on.
