Title: CrazyJim Has Passed Away Post by ReeBop on Dec 6th, 2008, 6:28am It has been forwarded to me that CrazyJim from the Room died this week from complications of cancer. Jim had many friends and on his friend's list and he'll be missed. I will not forget his voice on the mic in the room for sure. As of yesterday, his ID was still "lit" on my list and when I see that, I remember the good times. Take care on your new travels, Jim... [smiley=angel.gif] |

Then one time for one reason I got disconnected. I was on auto-log on and for some reason, I don't know why I showed "available" when I logged on. Anyway, Jim pm'd me and we had some conversation where he mentioned that he was going to be operated on. He said he's not afraid, just worried about his mother. We talked for some more and I asked him when he's coming to the Philippines for real. He said that's the first thing he will plan when he gets better...then he logged off. I knew Jim often comes online so whenever I see his ID still on "mobile", I just thought maybe he was still recuperating. On the day he died, I saw his ID still on mobile so I thought I'd send him a message and to wish him a safe recovery. But for some reason, I decided to go to my mailbox first. That's when I found the e-mail from his daughter-in-law. At first I did not believe it so I sent a message to his mobile number to confirm the e-mail. And that's when I learned that it's true from the message that I got back. Jim and I had been closed friends for a long time, even when someone got between us, he did not let it destroy our friendship. Goodbye, Jim. You will always be remembered. :'( :'( |
