I definately find it the case speaking for myself. If I have a strong headache, I take the fresh air and listen to my favourite piece as i doin my chores or cooking or just readin a book, or while just i lay in bed.... I lose the headache and return totally invigorated and yet at peace. If I walk without the music the effect is not the same at all. Do you have a certain piece of music which raises your spirits, calms your anger or simply alleviates a groggy feeling? My world would be very dull without music. ;) Music makes me feel hawny...sometimes makes me feel sad and cryin from whatever reason i dunno....music makes me in the mood ... its a great healin i think.. ;D |
