I like a hot plate with refried beans and mexican rice and the main dish on it. In Dallas they have this place called Angelinas. Its a good place thats reasonalby priced. My fav dish there is called fillet de la cassa. Its an 8oz ribeye steak served on top of an enchilada with shreded tomatoes and onions on the side. I grab the salsa pour it all over everything and dig in. Wash it down with a few cold Bud lights from the tap. Now thats good eatin. ;D |
