As an admin, I thought that it would be easy for some moderator to have a co-moderator since some of us are so busy with our daily routine and stuff online and offline. I never had any intentions to embarass any members of this board in any way since I'm so happy to see active posters especially those old time posters of this board.

As a friend, I never or will never have any intention in ruining the friendships I have had with each of the board members especially with those people who have been of great help to Mike and me in building and promoting this board.

So if, in one way or another you think my action did some harmful effects to anyone of you, then I apologize....

A SIMPLE OFFLINE MESSAGE WILL DO FOR ME TO KNOW WHATS HAPPENING AROUND HERE. I KEEP COMING HERE EVERYDAY NO MATTER HOW BUSY I AM.  IF THATS THE CASE THAT THE MODERATOR SHOULD HAVE A CO-MODERATOR IM NOT AGAINST TO THAT. JUST LET ME KNOW THE RULES. BE CONSISTENT. AS I SAID ITS BETTER TO REMOVE MYSELF FROM BEING A MODERATOR IN ALL THE THREADS I HANDLED.  I WILL STILL KEEP ON POSTING HERE... I ALREADY GAVE MY HEART HERE. I GUESS I AM NOT THAT ACTIVE ANYMORE.   I AM NOT THAT NARROW MINDED NOT TO UNDERSTAND WHATS REALLY MATTERS.  JUST KEEP THE RULES BE CONSISTENT.  ANYWAY, ITS COOL. GOD BLESS.

Um, Tins. Can I butt in? I just can't help reading this. I know it's not my stand to say something for I really don't know the whole story but I would just like to ask you to reconsider. I understand what you're feeling right now but Tins, I don't think it should come to the point where you would resign as a mod. C'mon, we know how important this forum is to you. I'm sure the admin meant no harm. This is just a simple misunderstanding. We're all family here remember? I'm hopeful this will be ironed out soon. After all, we can always forgive and forget right? C'mon you guys. I think we need a group hug. [smiley=grouphug.gif] There.  ;)

Ahhhh ,what does this mean? I thought i'm gonna visit this thread only for curiousity of what's new.I was feeling OK when i read Mylane's introduction,thinking she was just making a "note" to everyone but I was like  ???  :o when i went further reading next posts. Why guys? I hope we all have the right to react on this.

Anyway, this happens naturally.We sometimes are unaware of others feelings,but we must all have to be aware also that everyone does a mistake and that we should not let our misunderstandings,small or big,get worse 'til they become hatred.I also want to tell,i've been upset,hurt,disappointed and even thought of leaving the forum but i have already loved you guys  :'(.It's hard to leave from here.Thinking through,i've realized it's rediculous for me to leave someone or something i love because of little thing i didnt like or upset me.

Sometimes we are on this smileys,[smiley=gossip.gif],  [smiley=rock.gif]

Family yeah right! is that why this happened? I never imagined this would happened ... me myself couldnt imagine mymy would do this to me...its very easy to understand i know ... am i that really busy for her not to send me a single offlines saying bla bla bla???? she pmed me asking my lovelife then why not this one?? hey Kianna dear...its ok...things will be ok...i am just really pissed.  The pain is stilll here...as what Dalez said he thinks im acting personal here...he dont know what i feel right now  ... i would never react like this if this forum is nothing for me.  Perhaps, i better shut up and leave it like this way.  Closed this book ... and lets have all fun posting here. I never asked the other main moderator of this board a permission to have a co-moderator. It has been my practiced even before to add a co-moderator. Just like I did with the other threads before and until now.

I'm the admin here if your questioning how i run this board then I'm not stopping anyone to leave. I have been fair to all of you eversince. I always been objective in any decision I made in this board.

I created this thread and explained my part, if my explanation is not valid enough, then its not my problem anymore.

Being an admin of this board and doing my responsibilities has nothing to do with my friendship to the members.

Again, MEMBERSHIP here and any board for that matter is not a right but a PRIVILEGE.

You know whats the real truth here... I remember that u used to ask me b4 regarding who to put as a moderator or anything about the forum cuz u know were friends mymy were truly friends...all i am asking is why this time everything change... im not after for any permission never...yes ure the admin.. and i think everyone deserves a respect.  And as what u said...nothing to do w the friendship? well thats it..i rest my case.

After you calm down and think things through....then pleaseeeee stay! I personally will miss you, along with everyone else. This is no way to end a Friendship. You & Mymy have been friends far too long to mess thing up over something an Over-The-Hill Canuck has unknowingly done.

As what i said its all good but hear this or look at this, specially you mymy we had spent time talking about involve matters in this forum and all when im so active in here your asking me in about anything you even asking me if your grammar and spelling or ure post is all right and correct etc.  geesh! whats hurtful mymy is you passed by me that im just a pm away and to think im also even on SMS... so atleast i have a knowledge and would not react as what im in now, yes we all know your the administrator but we have done some of our parts and bust our knowledge of helping out in this one so put your shoe in my shoe,,,,, example: teaz is the moderator of the blog and you assigned me to be a co moderator without her knowledge and clean some of the threads out without her knowledge what do u think how her reaction will be?...... now u tell me.......
its between u and me mymy i have done my part and my only mistake is i have not been active lately and what i get is a by pass from you which this never occur before as we always talk thru it,,,,,, but yes time will heal it and hope u learn from it when u create and build up a realtionship which we had and u should know how to compromise and have diplomacy as u made the clear point as far as i know thats the role of being an administrator.

I dont know whats going on with all this but as for the info i gathered mymy cuz what has tina is pionting out is most likely to be so unconsiderate of u as for the by pass you have done it may not be intentionally but give it to tina shes been hurt by this matter, i know for fact that you 2 are talking to each other in pm more than tina do to me and your as open to each other as well so one must take it and make the peace and let the ego go to the corner and talk about it. i know u 2 have been thru some talking and helping in this forum and sitting ur butts off just to livin it up. So either one who feels responsible for this matter should step forward and make peace as we are all one happy net family.
Because what happened maybe it will leave small bitterness or whatever mark it will leave but remeber u 3have been thru sum serious relation thru here and its not good to throw it just like that even at the end of the day what the fawk or to hell with it really but it never hurts for sumone who step forward and admit and have a nice easy cool talk regarding to this matter. So let this be a lesson to the relationship whether if its friendship netships, forumships or any other damn ship it is that consider other feeling or think about others specially if ur in the position to must compromise, that it never the right thing to by pass specially when sumone is involve too much in it.

Hi tina!On note to whatever the hell is going on I would like to say this.Remember when I didnt show up at Nette's for Thanksgiving?She felt bad and I felt bad.Both were embarrassed by it and I was too scared to apologize.Well recently,like a month ago,my job took me close by to where Nette lives.My client wasnt home so I drove 20 miles out of my way to go to nette and apologize in person like you told me.Now after all this time we are friends again and Im back on her yahoo friends list:P.
Dont wait so long like I did to mend relationships.Even if its not your fault.It will eat away at your soul like cancer.
