With out a doubt it is a Mullet. Check out www.mulletsgalore.com and go to picture books and click on Luke Longnutz then scroll down the page And u Will see Dave's hair......not to mention the guy has on pink speedos/thongs :P. But I assure you that if your hairstyle is in a Mullet galore its not "feathered" lol.
