Hello Nelson,
If you opened this thread and use it as your "chat thread" ,then this is not called blog and I suppose it has to be moved to the right group where it belongs. Maybe to "Babble" section.

Correct me, people..if I'm wrong. But isn't a Blog here supposed to be some kind of a diary where you post your thoughts and/or activities you want to share with the readers? Maybe someone can try to explain to Nelson what "blogging" here means? Please do not get offended. Just trying to help, Nelson?

Exactly. It is here where ,in anyway, you express your self, feelings and talk about yourself as we welcome people to comment, react and respond.

I will be back here and see.

well ok then,
today i went visit my father hes got the cancer and is not expected to live long :'( :'(.
he was quite good today and we talk about things my future and all the wrongs and right thinks hes done in his life. it nearly make me cry like hes tryin to get peace before he goes.
i got to work today as im manager at my work and it keeps my mind focused or i would go crazy tryin to deal with things
im glad also im back here it lets me spill how i feel about everything and can try to ease my pain a little by typing it and relleasing some of my feelings and anger.
i come home tonight
i have a hrad work out on punching bag so i can release my anger that my dad is goin through so much pain and i cant do anything about it.
anyway i better go and sorry to all if it took me a while to  tell some of my life
im a real closed guy and dont really let a lot out most of the time so i will try to give some away  alot of times.

There you go, Nelson! See? It's not so hard, right? And I'm sorry about your Dad. It's always been hard in a family to know that someone is dying. But sometimes letting go is best rather than see them suffer more, right? At least it will give you more time to make peace with him and to understand him more. My husband died a sudden death. And I regret that we never had time to talk about a lot of things. When he died, I was at a loss as to what I am going to do. But you have the chance, Nelson. Make the most of it, ok? And be strong.

mark bugger,
sorry if l was too hard on you, not picking on you but sometimes l got into my short temper ill mannered  :P lol

life is hard, thats a fact but God is always good no matter what happen in our life, He know what is best for His children. So does with your dad, must be hard for your family but you got the chance now to talk to him n know him better and make him happy. God knows what is best for him. easy to talk, l knowbut l know how hard it can be...

sometimes people dont realize how much we love someone till they will go or even go away already, then we feel the suffer that we love them dearly. but good for you now at least you got the time.
be strong k?

I'm sorry to hear about your dad, Nelson... Just hang in there and be strong and most importantly, spend as much time as you can have with your dad. I'm pretty sure you and your family do love him a lot and that you will be sad by this situation.

But that's life... nothing remains constant.

Take care and all the best...*hugz*

Thanks to all the comments girls/ladies it is good to talk about it and release it, yeah i go there everyday without fail to spend the time with him and to suport him as much as i can.Hes been there always supporting me through everyhting in my life and encourage me to always do my best,I guess sometimes as past in here i been below my best in some the comments i said and posted but know this i always things of u as good friends and anything i can help you with form this part of the world just call me or holla at me and im there.
As about my day today its saturday and about 9pm at night usually im at home relaxing and in the chat room laughing and playing songs and havin fun, but today my boss is of sick and she asked me to come into work to cover for her.So the good guy i am i accpeted and should finish in about 1 hours time and be home 20 mins after that to chat and have some fun, My work is in the pharmaceuticals trade we manufacture all types of medicines and i work as a shift manager/production manager on the afternoon shift with about 45 persons i have to guide and have fun with it can be very demanding when these new 30 million dollar machines break down and the technicians are spending time tryin to fix them, we have about 25 lines here and the company makes about 300 to 400 million a year in production which is doin pretty nicely.
Well since it is staurday night i will probably go home after work get home about 10.30pm and shower and get online to chat for 2 hours and then relax before goin to bed, will have to set my alarm clock for 6 am to go to church and then when i come home to some house cleaning and wash nelson the dog, he loves the washing part as he generally gets me as wet as he is by shaking himself when hes fully soaped up, which is fun i guess for him. i will dry him  and then feed him and then walk him as he loves his 1 hour walk every day if i dont walk him he gives me that u bugger u didnt walk me today look and he will dig up my garden, but i loves him hes big part of my family and i cant do witout him hes funny dog.
Ok i better stop raving on and do some work, many reports to do and  a big presentation coim up for our operations manager on the past years performance, so take care all and hope ya like my posts :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

The only soothing word I can say,  just "HANG ON" I know its hard to go through  what you  have been dealing now especially that is very close to your heart. .  I have been there.  The trip to hospital, seeing someone go through pain...it was devastating...We all go through the face of suffering but just hang in there Mark...Yes, it is nice to write how you feel..this might be a good thing for you..Expressing your thoughts  which keeps your mind away from thinking of other things..and  also releases some of the tension  that you are feeling...I know its not much but just imagine some kisses and hugs from all of us!!!Be strong...
:) :)And thanks for sharing us your day!!!

I am sorry to hear Neslon :(  I can't say I know what your going through, because we are all different..  I can say, I can relate to how you feel...Its a helpless feeling to know you cannot stop it...I watched my late wife for over a year, and never delt with it then... You are dealing with it in a good way by venting your frustrations...Take care of yourself Nelson, and may God always be there for you and your Dad, you certainly are in my prayers

I'm sorry to hear about your Dad Nelson.  My family also went thru the same hardship a few years ago.  We rejoice over the gift of one more day, and each day he wins his battle.  It is something that has put our own mortality in the forefront of our minds.

It occurred to me though that while his enemy is known, ours might not be revealed to us until that time comes. There’s the undiagnosed ailment, the drunk driver, the murderer, the freak accident, the natural disaster, etc. Any of these could cut our lives short. If we knew that destiny has set our end date for tomorrow, would we be happy with the things that we have done? How have we led our lives? Would we feel that we have properly spent the time that was given to us? How negatively or positively did we impact the lives of the people around us? If people recall our last utterance to them, would they say it was edifying or hurtful? Have we inspired people to live better lives or do we serve as a warning? What legacy would we leave behind? And I don’t mean in terms of money or property. That’s probably because I have neither! :P

We should seize every opportunity to really try and have a positive impact, even on PMS days. Whether it’s for family, friend or those who consider you their foe. I guess for each of us, there would be a share of people who would think you led a fruitful life, and a group that would think otherwise. Indeed, no one is perfect. I do hope that somehow, the ayesayers would outweigh the naysayers. But in the end, I really will only care about one. God… that He says “Aye!”
