as long as the work pay my bills then i got no problem with that... its all about money and satisfaction ;D

I hate my job, so I'd say "work to live" Hopefully I can find a new job and "Live to work"

both ways i guess.....it would be so boring without work too....and i do have to work in order to survive!

i'm still working to live... with the privileges of going online ;) but guess this privilege is being evaluated..hehe, and might be cut-off..

but realy, i don't want to come to a point of living just to work... work to live is still enjoyable for me

My life right now is a little of both, but I can say that I do like what I am doing. I get to choose how much work that I want to do. I am self-employed and the more time I put into the job, usually it means more money and less spare time in my life for me. Right now I could take a yr off and do nothing and still be comfortable.

I also find that the more money you make, the more you want to make. It gets to a point where it starts to control your life, because you can see that your goals are within your reach...if only you would just work that extra little bit.

It's a balancing act that is touch on me at times, but hey...that's life!! ;)

I agree w u dale ... i can live to work .... and work to live at the zame time....i need to enjoy what im doin or elze ill gonna regret it and that zuckz...All what matterz to me now iz i enjoy what i am doin and i am contented in what i have now... ;D

Has anyone seen the movie "Office Space"?

I watched it the other day and found that it's really a very accurate depiction of the corporate boss-employee relationship.

When you try to do a good job, no one notices your good work, but when you express yourself in a way that gives off the "I don't care aura" only then does your boss give you the time of day. He then loses his "firing power" over you and often thinks of you on the same level.

it has to be both becuse i enjoy work sometimes and other times not
but work is fun to and keeps u busy

I would say I love what I do but I like my free time I have to spend with family and friends or just doing nothing if that be the case.

When I looked for a job,I didn't really look for a high paying job. I tried to look a job that I would enjoy and at the same time could make some money.So, in this case, it wouldn't result as work-to-live.

At first,I said my job was OK because it's not really pressuring until I even have learned to love it.Now, I don't really care if it's holiday tomorrow because I both enjoy my work and my free day. So I think, when we look for a job, it shouldn't only the price we can get that to be considered so that your life wouldn't turn out to be like live-to-work which is very stressful.

Nahhh....I work because I enjoy the job and not because I need to live. There is more to life than just these two, working to live and living to work.
