Title: North Korea Will Shut Down Their Reactor

I have read where North Korea has agreed to shutdown their nuclear reactor within 60 days.

This new agreement seems to herald a new beginning in stabilizing the region but the question will remain "Can we trust them or not?".   Will North Korea squirrel away what advances they made to detonate a nuclear device to use as leverage for whatever dispute arises?  This is a start, but how do we guarantee that North Korea plays fairly with their previous track record?

So they are admitting they are into it?
