They may sound the same but one is actually Theologically correct and one is not. You may actually get it right away and some may have to think about it. Do you sin because your a sinner or are you a sinner because of your sin. One is correct and one is in error

This made me think hard.....but still i'm not sure i can make the right choice.....we are sinners because we sin.

Well I will talk about this in Church History when I get to St. Augustine one of the greatest Theologians in Church History. But until then let give you a few verses and think about it. Eph 2:3, Romans 3: 9-12 there are many more but just give you those for now so you can chew on it

I voted "We sin because we are sinners." Because of the origin of sin, no one is perfect.

Romans 3:23- "for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."

Romans 3:10- "As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one."

There maybe more verses in the Bible that support but I can't all remember where they are located. I will try to read again.

I remember one of my friend told me we were born sinners and the only one that doesn't sin is Jesus Christ. I am not sure about Christian/Catholic religion.

My parents was raise as a buddhist so I am still in learning phase. Its interesting to read though.
