i've got new discovery while am having into shampoo hunting. Lately i've got this falling hair problem...so i accidentally stepped into health express booth and i saw this "Lauat" falling hair treatment shampoo..i tried it..so far i think its helping me falling my hair fast..joking...it lessens hair fall..and cream silk has this shield thing also...i applied it...and i like the result...at the end of the day, my hair still so smooth and so soft to touch ;D

I used to switch between Pantene Green and Sunsilk Pink as I noticed it makes your hair dull when using the same shampoo everyday.

I've finally found a combination I'm satisfied with:

Sunsilk Soft & Silky Shampoo (love the scent)
Pantene Total Care Conditioner

I use Finesse Shampoo & Conditioner everyday, I just love the smell, and I also use Head & Shoulders or Selsun Blue every other day to help get the residue of those mega hold hair care products outta my hair. [smiley=hair.gif] [smiley=stooge_moe.gif] [smiley=stooge_larry.gif]

Well sometimes I get all kinds of dirt and grime and sweat in my hair when I am on the job. So as a result I have to wash my hair several times a day. Sometimes I even wash my hair when I am at a clients farm or ranch with a water hose. So I need something that is gentle on my hair. Im not into putting harsh cleansing chemicals into my hair. So my shampoo of choice is Johnson and Johnson Baby Shampoo. Yeah u all go ahead and laugh but years and years from now when all of your hair is falling out due to all the chemicals in your shampoo pruducts my hair will be thick and soft as a babys hair. ;D

You know you need to replace your tolietries when:

Your deoderant..which you swear by..is not holding up to the next day like it use to.

Your shampoo is used as a substitute for bubble bath.

You have have a nice looking young lady compliment you on your aftershave and how nice it smells;only to have her then say it reminds her of her grandfather.

Your razorblade leaves more hair and less skin.

Your toothpaste can be used to caulk the shower stalls.

That soap that comes in a 4pack for a dollar is not the bargain you thought it was because you have to replace it a week later.

Ah the things I dream of while taking a shower.

whats the effect of my shampoo tina??? lolz try this...go and take your shower...close your eyes...then take small amount of horse shampoo..as you go on putting the shampooo on your hair you will automatically feel a great difference thats how fast the horse shampoo can be......you will started to kick your feet until you gonna wiggle your bootai tail! lolz!!!!!! it was greatttttt! try ittt! for sure you gonna like itt!!

Just a little information for all you Mane and Tail shampoo users. That shampoo you buy at Wal Mart or any other retail place isnt shampoo for horses. Its the way they market the product and it looks like its got a lot of you fooled. lol

How often should I shampoo? ::)

Theres no harm in washing your hair everyday, unless you start to see a lot of breakage. The evidence are "lots of flyways, and little baby hairs at the crown. The entire wetting, drying and styling process takes moisture out of ure hair, so here a rule of thumb: Wash everyday if u have oily hair, live in a pulluted city or polluted environment, or work out daily. Wash everyother day if ure hair is normal or combination (with dry ends and oily roots), or if u live in a rural environment or dry climate (hair stays cleaner longer when there`s less pollution and humidity).

This was a true story that i remembered just now... One time, me and my mom went to Divisoria (in Manila) and we got lost so we thought of riding on a Caritela (were horse was used to be the driver....eh...anyway...when were on our way and about to go down..i cant help myself but to touch the horse`s hair lol! cant help asking if they do care shampooing their horse...and the man said yes they do! But when i felt and touched it ... its rough and dry! :o And came to my thoughts...geeesh! its good that im not fooled by those advertising ::)... about that Maine and Tale Shampoo...LMAO!

i'm using head and shoulders at the moment and cream silk for my conditioner....i'm planning of shifting to pantene hair fall control and pantene conditioner as well.........i've experienced falling hair lately :-/ i dont want to become bald :-[

Yep,

Head & Shoulders DOES make your hair fall out. It should be called HAIR on SHOULDERS. So Guys, your warned, don't use that Shampoo. Use Horse Shampoo, from what I hear it's the "In" shampoo of choice in the PI. And I bet there isn't even alot of Horses there. ;D

Partner ..thanks for the adviced....i'll go look for that conditioner....seems like i still have falling hair but much much better now with the help of Pantene hair fall control i guess.

I use 3 brands all in all:

Vaseline (bcoz I like the little girl in the commercial nyahaha :P smells nice also)
Pantene conditioner (can't go wrong with it)
Clinique daily shampoo and Clinique super conditioner.

I use them alternately becoz hair tends to get dull if you use one brand continuously for a long period.

I use Lux Super Rich Shampoo (gold) and Cream Silk (blue)
alternately I use that combo with the Citre Shine Shampoo and Conditioner Combo (lol)
But I also discovered a new combo (lol)
The Swiss Formula Shampoo and Conditioner I like the raspberry because of the scent lol but its good also makes shiny soft and smooth hair.

When my hair got damaged, I was spending a lot on treatments until a friend of mine recommended L'oreal SOS repair system shampoo and it's spray leave-on conditoner. Worked well for my hair in just a few months. Now I only those 3x/week and use IVY Naturale Moisturising hair shampoo with purified goat's milk, and its conditioner too the rest of the week. Really good brand, I recommend it to people I know. Can't get it from Philippines though. I get mine from Malaysia, Brunei or Singapore.

loreal is a great shampoo and good to treat damaged hair or split ends, i agree with the other posters that pantene conditioner has a great range of products to choose from and they work well

I use L'Oreal and Dove hair products alternatively. It works well with my hair, although I still tend to have falling hairs (which i am told is quite normal) 8)

No I havent try them. Will do the next time I shop for shampoo. I'm not sure about the spray on conditioner tho. Doesnt it need rinsing at least? Btw where can I get the IVY conditioner with purified goats milk? Thanks for sharing Just. About time I listen to Miss Universe of AC1! hehe

We have discovered a good shampoo in here. Yaya bought this few months ago and people in the house have been using it. Helps growth and smells clean too. The name is Karenmitchell Aloe Vera Coconut Milk Shampoo with Minoxidil. a 500ml is something like 80+ pesos only. Cheap yet effective. I haven't tried though since my hair is still being treated but I would want to try soon.

I thought Pantene conditioner is enough but when i went to japan and tried the KAO RINSE Conditioner there...i suddenly changed my mind and bam! now am using it...very soft and no tangles indeed .... ;D

I really had falling hair few months back....and i've tried hair fall control shampoo and conditioner from Pantene for months. It serves its purpose just right, got no falling now..coz hairs all gone...jokingggggggggg.........no more falling hair really...and I still continue using it...though from time to time, i'll try other brands..just for curiousity. ;)
