Does he have a personal responsibility (in the sense of direct culpability) for the torture incidents that are surfacing?

Should he take the political responsibility and resign?

What do u guys think about this?

If he knew about it and could have stop it from getting out of hand, yes. Otherwise NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If Rumsfeld were to resign it would make people further question the Iraq campaign :-/
