Elections are near and I still don't have a list of senators that I want to vote... Its like picking a "not so rotten apple from a bunch of not so rotten ones"

Lets hear your thought on this topic shall we... And I promise not to go absent again after opening this new thread....

Ok, as of NAMFREL'S partial and unofficial counting at 11:45 am today, the leading candidates are Loren Legarda followed by Chit Escudero, then there's Lacson, Pangilinan, Villar, Aquino, Angara, Arroyo,Cayetano, Pimentel, Aquino, and my cousin Trillanes...in that order.

Now that the canvasing is almost over, its sad that most, if not all of the winning candidates are those people who has been in politics for so long but has done more harm that good with out country.

One major criteria that i used for choosing my candidates is their loyalty to their beliefs. I know that i might get several violent reactions from you guys but if there is one senator that really has no place in senate is Loren Legarda. Why? because how can I trust my country to someone who's moral can be bought by the highest bidder? She was crying when the envelope at Estrada's impeachment wasn't opened. She was so active in making sure that Estrada steps she did the crying thing again at edsa when GMA was proclaimed president... Then what does she do? She runs for vice president at Estrada's camp.

Personally, I don't care much about Loren Legarda. But I guess a lot of people are seeing her as one "sweet lady" that could do no harm, or else she will not top the lists of those senatorial candidates. I hope she doesn't try to run for presidency next time.
