Title: All Those Who Want To Lose Weight In 2004-05 Post by lyssa on Jan 5th, 2004, 10:14am For almost 3 years i was trying to loose extra fats in my body, i tried different kinds of slimming pills and different fat and cellulite burning threatment and dieting from the cold body wrap and lipo dissolve(last may 2003) well somehow something did happend but not having the real result i really wanted to achive, then there was these 5 fruits and veggies and having a gym and sports program i helped me just this july of 2003. ;D with the right attitude, positive mind and disipline, well i hoping this can give you some help ;) Tips: 1) Please try to eat normal foods that you eat everyday but lessen the amount of your normal food intakes, if you use butter try margarine,use low fat dairy products and lessen your sweets. 2) You are allowed to eat chocolates and cakes but not too much, you can make a sustitute from milk chocolate to dark chocolate , try sugar free candies , instead of a bar of sneaker's try MMs milk chocolate candy crispies but just take half the pack and never deprive your self from ice creams but only vanilla icecreams. 3) take vitamins E,C,A, B1, take 3-4 evening primerose oil capsules, iorn and naicin, everyday after breakfast. 4) Work out in the Gym. 3-4times a week. best fat burning gym equipments are threadmill and stairmaster. 5) Take more than 8 glasses of H2O everyday. 6) Drink a cup of hot tea after every meals , it helps you digest the foods you ate. Fruits and Veggies 1. Pineapple ==> eat alteast 3 slices everyday, this helps your body to have enough fibers to clean your intestines and it also have fat burning enzymes called "ANANA" and metabolatize your food intake , removes body toxins and regulates normal bowel movement. 2. Papaya ==> 2 slices a day , helps metabolize your fat. 3. Fresh Ripe Tomato==> it provides inner healing to your body, for healthy and beautiful skin and promotes well being , make a salad w/ low fat mayonaise or vinegarrete dressing or eat it whole 2 medium pieces every day. 4. Carrots==> 2 piece of carrots everyday w/ 8oz of water before meal time , aslo taken as a snack it will help you to become full and has enough fiber to clean your digestive system. peal and cut as a vegetable stick. 5. Apple and Apple cider vinegar ==> an apple a day makes the doctors away. Apple cider vinegar tablets helps burn fats . **take none fat yougurt and milk and low fat cottage cheese for your calcium source. When you work out your metabolism increases and burns fat faster than crush dieting or the 3 day diet programs. it tones down your muscles and no sagging and flabby arms and skin. Different workouts and Sports to help you have an active lifestyle to help you to become fat free,healthy looking person in 2004. 1. Pilates 2. Kickboxing 3. Tae Bo 4. Aerobics 5. Swimming 6. Badmenton 7. Jogging 8. Brisk walking For the last few months i was 185 lbs, slowly but surely i lost 40lbs. few more too loose, in just few months 8) i gave up smoking and drinking, i sleep the right time (except on holidays..LOL) and most of all prayer works. There are things that i can't garantee to some of you that you will surely loose your extra pounds if your mind is not positive and being grateful the God the he gave us life to live in this world, let us take care of our body, even you are slim or youre being mistaken as a huge reff or a walk in cabinet, you must eat the right amount foods and never abuse it, but take care of it because its the only prize that can last you for a life time .... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D |

Title: Re: To all those who want to loose weight in 2004 Post by capricorn1971ad on Jan 5th, 2004, 12:52pm well lyssa, then theres the american way to lose weight, a tummy tuck, where they go in and cut your stomache and make it the size of a gol ball, and then all the liquids you take and all, my mom did it last fall, she has lost about 50 lbs so far... she is already eating regular foods again (in small quantity since her stomache is so small) and feeling better. beats the hell outta diet :p |

I get in my car and chase you. You have to keep on running to avoid getting run over. You will not be eating during this time. However I will stop to allow for potty breaks. But its pretty much simple. Exercise with a twist. ;D |

BUT this is very unhealthy. If you want to gain weight without eating fatty foods, you're better off exercising and try to build up muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. But you have to work at this and keep it going. Why the want to gain weight though? |

I haven't eatin in like a day and a half.........and its free....a bit uncomfortable and my a s s hole looks like i have a hemriod. but its like an old school enema.......my belly is almost gone!!! Beef jerky is good and it will make feel full not like salads and all that rabbit food and its low in fat as well. Yes thats the ticket beef jerky its what america eats. :D |

Title: Re: To All Those Who Want To Loose Weight In 2004 Post by norkay on Dec 16th, 2004, 10:39am I tried some ways of dieting,like not eating too much fatty foods.I stopped ordering stuffed crust pizza.I have tried after 6 diet which means no more heavy food after 6 in the evening.I even requested a thread mill but was too lazy and now,it's not in use again.I tried to lessen my addiction on coca cola. I used to weigh 114-116 lbs.Like Ms Analyn said,some say i look fine,some say i am sexy,some say they want my fat :o ??? so that means i am fat :P. Now i am still weighing 113-115. Just 1lb difference ??? where are my efforts ???. Now i am tired on this dieting thing, I missed Italian stuffed crust pizza, the seafood fettuccini! I dont want to miss any food just for 1lb, huh! :P |

Ugghh...yuck. Last year at this time I weighed around 194-202, now I weigh between 184-190lbs. I just went and weighed myself...192lbs. *Sigh* However...I did eat a fairly large supper, so I think my average weight is somewhere around 190...give or take a few pounds. I think I need to adopt Tina's advice. Don't eat anything after 6pm...but modify it slightly to 9pm. I think that is a "Realitic" Goal. But you know what that means.....8:55pm: Stuffing my face Silly...eatting EVERYTHING in sight. I will report any progress after a week or so on the "Purly Urgent Kenetic Effort"...or P.U.K.E. for short. |

That's where most of my fat resides, there and in my face. Guys have the strangest fat storage places. Why can't it be in my Willy! I just weighed myself before and I gained 2 pounds to 187lbs. Ohh well...I guess it's not so bad. I will have to shave some calories this week, and eat a little less and I will lose those 2 pounds somewhere along the way. Any takers? I think my goal is 180 lbs by April. I think that's a Realistic Goal, and I plan on buying a stationary bike and maybe a dreaded "StairMaster". lmao. That should do the trick, lose a few pounds of fat and gain a few in muscle mass. MY metabolism is very slow n i need to move a lot in order for me not to get fat but since i broke my lag last year n i had to sit down most of the time my butt spead like wild fire n my boobies burst out like water balloons.. Hehehe But now that i'm working out again I've lost 18lbs now n still going... I work out everyday if i can.... I'n into boxing right now. Its cool coz i feel like a tough biatch everytime i finish a work out.. hehehe... And son i have another idea... I will drive the car and you run ok? ;D |

Is it for health reasons or just for looks? DO you get sad when ppl tell you that you are fat or that you are skinny? In my personal opinion it doesnt matter mch if you are a bit over weight or underweight. Just as long as you are happy with yourself. But if your weigh is already making you lose self esteem then you should do something about it... Coz no matter how much you weight if the person who loves you really do love you then it wont matter to him or her. The heaviest weight i had to bare was 148lbs. I hae a very slow metabolism n i have to work out or else i'll turn into a big baboon. I love physical activities and i love to sweat but because of my accident i had to stay home n lay on the bed most of the time. ITs only now that i am able to work out n lose all that damn fat i gained. I've already lost 15 lbs and still working on the rest. Why am i doing this? WEll i want to look good for myself and not for any guy. I want to be healthy and i want to fit in my old clothes again... hehehe... |
