i have some in my fridge lol.

for those who dont know lumpia is spring roll and the filling consists of cabbage, bean sprouts, bean curd, carrots

there is another kind that is call turon it uses the spring roll pastry but the filling are bananas, jackfruit and brown sugar

both are deep fried and best eaten hot :P

ps i think u might be able to find the spring roll pastry in an asian supermarket

a coke or anything with sugar in it. a beer would be good what else? ice cream, french fries, a cheeseburger with lots of cheese, pizza, i havent had any beef in about a week so a nice filet mignon sounds good or a ribeye, new york or kansas city strip, t- bone, mexican food refried beans and rice and a baked potatoe with lots of butter and sour cream. :(

Need my dr recommended for me to try this south beach diet due to my blood/sugar being so high. This diet is tuff for the first 2 weeks. You cant have very many carbohydrates and no sugar. I havent had a coke in 10 days. I miss coke and beer also. I bought some milk the other day that had no carbohydrates in it. It tasted like shit. I never tasted anything so awful. I almost vomit after i took a drink. I bet I am the only bozo to buy that shit. After 10 days Im down 10 pounds and Im not going hungry, but I am eating a lot of stuff with fiber in it. Ive become sort of a dietician.

Yo...that diet doesn't sound healthy ehh! lmao! Just kidding...I coundn't resist.

Seriously though, I know it can be extremely tough to give up old habits for a new and improved "Healthier" Diet. You keep going Beast...don't Give Up!

I recently made a "Health Bet" with 3 members of my family. We all pledged that when we go on Vaction in late January, that the person who loses the "Least" amount of fat, that person will get the Offical title of "Drink Runner"

Which simply put....is the person who goes from the beach...up to the Bar to get drinks for everyone, then back down to the Beach to deliver the alcohol cargo to the waiting crew.

My sister even said to me jokingly...."Hey Beeaaatchhh...just remember how I like my drink Ehh!! I almost fell off my chair laughing...ohh..she is going down!! Even if I have to resort to Lipo-suction to win...then that's what I will do. Lmao!

I am now in my second week of my "Eat only Healthy Things" diet. Ohh...I gotta tell you, I am not a very big chocolate eatter...but right now I have the strangest urge to go into the kitchen and make a chocolate cake, complete with chocolate fudge frosting. Frosting is healthy right?

Oh, my diet isn't going too well. I just know I need to get my Butt in gear...maybe I should go out and buy a treadmill or stationary-bike.
