You should try it grilled. The only downside is it keeps slipping between the rods

I like...

- scrambled
- over easy
- boiled (mostly in egg salad sandwiches)
- omlets with green peppers, mushrooms, onions & cheddar cheese.

Raw(when I am hungry and in a hurry)
scrambled
over easy
sunny side up
fried with bacon and cheese on wheat toast
omlet with mushrooms, onions, any kind of meat, and whatever else they have to put on it
i dont eat boiled eggs unless u gonna put mustard, mayo and whatever else u put in and thats a deviled egg.

I like my eggs boiled and just dab it with pesto sauce, hihihi... But I recently discovered how to make a simple Spinach Soufflé and I love it! Spinach, garlic, red onion, salt & pepper in blender. Use olive oil on frying pan. Then when its all cooked, sprinkle parmesan on top.

Also, there's this restaurant called Heavenly Eggs along Tomas Morato in Q.C. Just walking distance from my place. It truly lives up to its name. [smiley=angel.gif]

egg benedict ....sunny side up...i also like scramble...steam, boil...hard to decide...i love eggs just make sure there is a yolk inside otherwise pass it to someone else.
