Considered to be a miracle, Scott Adams, the creator of the Dilbert comic strip has regained use of his voice.

He suffered from Spasmodic Dysphonia, which affects the part of the brain that affects speech.  It has never been known to be cured or reversed fully, so this is an amazing and heartwarming story.
