Whether you liked the programs he created or not, he was a trend setter in 1970's television.  Aaron Spelling has died at the age of 83 from the aftermath of a stroke.  Shows of his include Dynasty, Charlie's Angels and Starsky and Hutch.  You can read more about his career and life at the BBC.
