The 1freeworld Technologies IRC server is now back up and running.  More information about my chat server can be found on http://www.1freeworld.net/chat.html.  There are Java clients or a low resource CGI / Perl client that you are free to use.  I will have a bot placed in #cafe soon.  Let me know if you have any questions.
