In my Internet reading, I ran across this interesting piece of software called SharpDevelop.

SharpDevelop is a Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for Microsoft's .NET SDK.  Both of these are available for free download.  SharpDevelop will allow you to create Visual Basic and C# type programs without the need to purchase their .NET environment.  The development team also maintains a forum for any questions, feature requests and bug reports.  Free tools like this can only enhance our computing experience and I hearby give these people a Huzzah!

gosh this one of the tools that I been looking before. And it is free....I'm gonna recommend this to my cousin.
