Title: Re: AC1: Celebrity Hotseat # 17 - meyie68 Post by meyie on Nov 2nd, 2004, 12:36am whoaaaaaaaaaa.....how do i answer these questions heheheheh..one by one or random?? ok..trying to be organized so i will answer chelle's first ;) when i feel im in love with someone..i go crazy, and i mean i literally go crazy hehehehe..you won't believe it but the thought of food goes out of my mind...i want to be with the person 24/7 .. when i felt it before, i thought that i can give my life for that person...that's how you will know im in love..if im ready to throw my world and step into his life. im not really a chef..yet..just a wannabe..i just love food.and anything i like, i set my mind to perfect it...it goes with the family, we love eating :P my one true dream, i don't know if i will ever achieve it..is to have a restaurant/beach resort and/or catering business..not really BIG..but something i can handle...of course, my other dream which is completely out of my hands is to have my own family ::) i deal with something..by dealing with it right away..i don't want any unfinished business..even if i don't like it, i would rather get over it than suffer the torture of keeping it off first impression of chelle....SUPERRRRRRRR SEXY! and sweet..still hasn't changed that impression..someone who will listen if i need an ear:D the sight of water has a very calming effect on me..if i can physically be on the beach, i am happiest...heheheh but if not..i just make do with my cross stitch hanging on my wall ::) now on to nelson.... i can't even find a guy, what more his nationality lol..although..i have been very open about it..the english accent has a very sexy effect on me..but lately..hmmmm...im getting over it lol.. for some reason, i would think i would end up with a white man...i don't know where from though lol i haven't tried inventing my own recipes..but if i have a recipe and i can't find some of the stuff i need..i can modify..hehhehehe making it just a bit of a variation i guess of the original i don't know how to bake cookies hahahahahahhahahaha but if i learn..i will send you some :P now..on the to the longestttt..gracia lol i don't know who is better..a pinoy or a foreigner?? Title: Re: AC1: Celebrity Hotseat # 17 - meyie68 Post by meyie on Nov 8th, 2004, 6:19am *** What age u lost ure virginirty? lol! and ure first kiss describe pls...lol and how it happened...hahahaha - ..HEY..IM STILL A VIRGIN hehhehehehhehe...just kidding...I was at the ripe old age of 28:( my first kiss was with the same person..and it was funny because..first kiss means literally no practice or experience..lol…..my exbf was brit , now I don’t know if all brits kiss that way..but he didn’t like to use tongue hehehehehhe he surprises me when that tongue came out a few times…so…I was only armed with stuff I read from pocketbooks..and scenes I watched in the movies….and here goes the torrid part, I tried inserting my tongue into his mouth..and lo and behold his lips were sealed waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa…so I tried nibbling on his lips and he went snotty and said..hey..not that..my lips get irritated…arghhhh..ok..so cool off..it was the first date after all..back off…I felt like he was the maiden and I was a randy goat hehehehhe..anyway..i asked him later on why doesn’t he do the French kiss just like in the movies and he said that it was just that, done only in the movies duh…. *** WhAt are ure best qualities that a man would want and need U for the rest of his life? likewise.... - I can safely say I am a loving and loyal person…I can be his friend,lover and nurturer at the same time…I know most men would go for physical, unfortunately im not a hot mama…but I try to compensate on other areas ;) when we grow old..the sex might go..we might go wrinkled..some stuff would sag…but what is inside the heart and brain (unless he gets alzheimers waaaaaa) will always remain.. im looking for a man (he may or may not exist) who can find the gem inside me…and..i need someone I can just sit along with and not talk, yet, feel like that was the best conversation we ever had … *** Define ure name in Letters... Title: Re: AC1: Celebrity Hotseat # 17 - meyie68 Post by meyie on Nov 10th, 2004, 4:21am * What kind of student were you when you were in school? ----when i was in elementary and high school..i was a super square student...talagang aral..because the nuns were strict..no boys :-[..my route was school to house and vice versa...riding the school bus..no gimmicks..i guess i was too scared of being scolded and was being careful not to disappoint my parents...above average...it was so hard to excel coz most of my co students were really good..so..dyan lang ako sa above average..sila na lang maging outstanding..maloloka ako bwahahahaha...college was complete freedom for me..yahoooooo..i was finally free...no more strict rules..although still quite conservative..UST..the dean would go around and check if we were in proper uniform..etc etc..parang high school..in college..yan..medyo kikay na ako..i would go to an exam without reviewing ..but with complete make up and hair do bwaahhahahahhaha..at least, not obvious i was not ready...i know i could have excelled this time..but..i was doing good even with being lazy..so..i just stayed lazy in school..hehhee i guess..it was because i felt liberated after the discipline of elementary and high school... *I have read you had a Brittish boyfriend before, did you have a Filipino bf too? If so, can you tell the difference between the two lovers with different nationalities? --- i never had a filipino bf..i had a few suitors though..never really fell for them..nakuuuu...i don't know..with the brit..he trusted me to do as i wanted..i could go scuba with guys with me being the only woman....i can go shopping to my hearts content...i was not strangled...with the pinoys..they were STILL courting but they were putting chains around my neck already..and sad to say..the ones i met were not really my type..they couldn't face my mom and be open with their intentions..later would i discover that they were married or separated....i guess they were trying to see if they can get away with fooling me.....i don't want to stereotype men by nationalities though..coz i think white or asian....there are bad ones and there are nice ones..my exbf was an asshole..and he admits that to this day bwahahahahah..but i know there are nice ones also..same with pinoys... *It's interesting to know you're a good cook, what's the best recipe do you love to cook? Can u post one here together with the ingredients and procedure on how to prepare and cook it so we could try?...we'll tell you the result ---my pride is my ox tongue..that's lenggua in mushroom sauce....i know not everyone likes this coz you would think it is weird to eat tongue lol...first..you have to boil the tongue for like 5 minutes..then peel it..really peel it until you see the next layer is already the meat..the skin is kinda thick..you have to be patient..or else..there would be a bad taste...ok...after that you replace the water ..this time..put in knorr seasoning..onions..pepper..just a bit of salt...red wine..konti butter...then put it in the pressure cooker and tenderize...around 1.5 hours..don't worry coz you can't overcook it..the more tender..the better..but check it after around 1 hour coz the water might dry out...if you don't have a pressure cooker..you can boil it in low heat but it will take you around 6 hours... :o..ok..after tenderizing it..remove and let cool..put in the ref to firm it up so you can slice it..this will be too tender so difficult to slice if hot..you have to cool it or freeze it for a while just so you can slice it easily... don't throw away the water where you tenderized the tongue..in another sauce pan..make a rew, rue.(spelling)..whatever..means you cook flour in butter...unfortunately, i don't know the measurements waaaa...then you put in the water from the tongue..then mix cram of mushroom soup..then put in some grated cheese..some all purpose cream...and knorr cubes..hmmmm..then you pour this over the sliced tongue...if you don't like ox tongue..you can substitute sirloin strips ...just saute it first then add the ingredients for the sauce lol...hay..too difficult to teach here.better to demonstrate na lang lol *In AC1 chat room,whom do you often talk in PM?
