Personally I do not think it is possible...oh u can do something else to get your mind off of it..but   you will usually start thinking about it again. Cold showers help.  ;D

Ahh well its only in the mind u know? and if u thought about it....and u dont like thinking about it...well, think of a situation that will make u feel sad then..that helps!  while ure body starts to heat up  .... u will just notice ull get  teary eyes! :'(  lol or think of a person who can make u mad! yeah right thats it!  ;D  Then ull sudden feel the pain under ure belly... ;D thats it!
